How a match works

Movement is built on ink. Hold the squid-form button to dive into your own colour: you swim faster, refill your tank and climb inked walls. Enemy ink slows you and drains your health, so every fight is also a fight over the floor.

  • Two teams of four, Alpha against Bravo, on one arena.
  • Matches last three minutes by default; the last ten seconds are counted down.
  • Paint the ground to score turf; splat opponents to push them back to spawn.
  • The team with more turf when time expires wins. Ties are resolved by the game.
Halyard Marina at day: a car ferry moored across a sunlit harbour arena.

Kelpline Terminal at dusk: container cranes and grate catwalks under a deep blue sky.
